Northmark Automation

Northmark Automation is a personal command-line tool that lets its operator automate routine work across his own Google Workspace account — filing and archiving mail, reading calendar entries, and updating spreadsheets he already owns.

It is a single-operator tool. There is no product to sign up for, no hosted service, and no other users. It runs on the operator's own machine against the operator's own Google account.

What it does

• Mail housekeeping. Archives stale threads and applies labels according to rules the operator defines. It does not read mail on anyone else's behalf.
• Daily briefing. Reads upcoming calendar entries to assemble a morning summary. Calendar access is read-only.
• Spreadsheet updates. Writes to spreadsheets the operator already owns, as part of scheduled reporting jobs.

Who can use it

Only the operator. Authorization is a one-time OAuth grant from a single Google account, and the resulting credential is stored encrypted on that one machine. The tool is not distributed, not published to any app store or marketplace, and not offered to anyone else.
